Wild Fennel has been traditionally used to aid digestion, soothe bloating, and support respiratory health. Its seeds and leaves are known for their calming effects on the stomach and their ability to ease coughs and congestion.

Time of Year

June - October

Wild Fennel begins to flourish in early summer, with its feathery green leaves and yellow umbels of flowers reaching their peak in high summer. It continues to thrive into autumn, with its aromatic seeds ripening as the season turns.
